Refund policy

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or returns on change of mind products.

If you have received an item which you believe is faulty or the incorrect item, please contact our support team at contact@infinit1sports.com for further assistance.

Items are only eligible for a refund or replacement if the incorrect product has been received, there is a manufacturing fault, or the item has been damaged during shipping.  

Please note that damage caused by neglect, misuse or not following care instructions is not considered a manufacturing fault.
